Where does the produce come from?

All produce on BOARD is sourced from a local market. 

HoW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED FOR AN ORDER?

We require minimum 4 days notice for all BOARDS and BOXES. Orders for the weekend close Wednesday 12pm. However, weekends we tend to book out about 8-10 weeks in advance so if you’ve made a final decision we recommend locking it in asap to avoid disappointment.

ARE YOU ABLE TO CATER for DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Vegetarian and Gluten Free boards up to 50cm are available at no extra cost. There are some additional charges for Gluten Free BIG BOARDS. We also have an entirely VEGAN BOARD.

How doES payment WORK? 

All orders must be paid 100% up front. Once your order has been placed an invoice will be sent over for the full amount and this must be paid in full to secure your booking. 

How much does delivery and set up cost? 

We set up all of our BOARDS on site - this is free within 15km of Balaclava area, excluding the CBD where a $20 fee is charged to cover parking costs.

Delivery cost outside of this area is quoted based on distance once we have received your order.

DO I PROVIDE THE TABLE?

Yes! All we need from you is a beautiful table and we bring the rest! If you don't have a suitable table we recommend Complete Function Hire for beautiful, affordable wooden trestle tables which look
AH-MAZING with a BOARD on top! 

HOW DO I GET THE BOARDS/pots etc. BACK TO YOU?

We pick BOARD up the week after your event. There is no cost involved with this - we just want BOARD home safely!  All of the jars, pots, bread boxes and BOARDs must be returned, please note that there is a replacement fee for any lost or damaged pieces. 

CAN WE COLLABORATE?

BOARD has such an ego so we try not to let his head get too big! We are so grateful for all of the collaboration opportunities that come our way however we do not have 'Instagram rates' or donate BOARDS for anyones event in return for social media promotion. However, if you are from a charity or are hosting a fundraising event, it always worth getting in touch! 

I WANT A BIG BOARD, ONLY BIGGER! Can you make it happen?

If I've enquired about a date, does that mean that my board is locked in?

A BOARD is only secured once payment has been made. Unfortunately due to high demand, particularly on weekends, we cannot hold a place for anyone who has not made payment. 

can i get a refund if i cancel my order?

If your order is cancelled more than six weeks out from your event you will receive a 100% refund. Due to high demand and the time frame in which we book out, orders are not able to be refunded if the are cancelled or downsized within six weeks of your event.

do you supply alcohol with the boards?

We don’t supply any alcohol with our BOARDs however we do partner with Taltarni who offer a discount to all of our customers along with free shipping. This code is provided along with confirmation of your BOARD!
